To create a nurturing relationship with your advisee to encourage development of his/her full potential within the field of clinical electrophysiology. This could be accomplished by developing a vision, establishing personal goals, and providing information and guidance for your advisee’s career path.

Advisee’s Goal:

Advisees play an active role in their relationship with their advisor by identifying specific needs/goals, soliciting advisor assistance, and incorporating new perspectives into their professional activities and responsibilities. Advisees exhibit a commitment to self‐development as well as the development and maintenance of the advisor-advisee partnership.
