EDX Lab Accreditation: How to Apply
Applying for EDX Lab Accreditation involves completing an initial application and completing Facility/Lab criteria, Facility/Performance criteria, Personnel criteria, Facility/Medical Equipment/Supplies criteria and Facility/Medical Record criteria. Additionally, all supportive information will need to be uploaded with the completed application and criteria.

Membership in the ACEWM and EDX SIG must be established at the time of application and maintained during the entire course of accreditation. This pertains to all accredited providers.
